Broken Hegemony
You never understand these things-
These imaginary questions which roam inside your head
The long, forgotten wilderness you left behind with time
Now, the dry defenseless sorrow in a solemn futile land.
You never question anything-
This seemingly endless hegemony which builds with each new day
The assurance of your life-spans dream, held within your grasp
Now, the slow dissolving tears in a lovers wishful past.
You never knew what love would bring-
This contentment that shivers in a pool that bubbles with excitement
The boundless, infinite trivial smiles which conform to happiness
Now, the beating of a heart lost forever in abyss.

Whomever this boy is (and by boy, I truly mean "boy") he does not understand what a passionate, insightful, poignant person you are.
If he did, those words would not so long be stuck between his wretched teeth.
Regardless, I extend my kudos to your creation and empathy to your condition.

A secret passion,
The shy and gentle lover,
Dreaming of tales untold,
Show the sweet fantasy,
To the bitter reality.

Your works are too good to be left sitting on the profile pages of deviant. They are so ingenious that I hardly find it possible that you haven't been picked up by a publishing company yet!
As for the "boy" lol, he's that in every sense of the word. But... sometimes he's not. He's very schitzy.
It would be a lie to say I didn't love him, regardless if he felt the same for me; however, I find myself regretting love in the highest pinancle. Sadly, when love turns to scorn... you know there's a problem.
Thank you so much for the comments and support.
